"Buying a home is long stressful process, and when you can find great people along the way things can become much better. R&R made were amazing! I had placed the contract on a home and had to get the inspection done quickly, they accommodated that time frame. When I showed up they were almost done as promise, one of the Roberts walk my wife and I through his findings indoors putting everything in layman’s terms. The other Robert walked us through the outside. They had all kinds of equipment to measure temperature, humidity, etc.. The report was very detailed and was done in a timely manner as promise. The sellers shared another inspection that had been done just 2 weeks before and R&R found a lot more details about the property, the other inspector said he couldn’t go underneath the crawl space to hire a “foundation specialist “ but R&R had not trouble going underneath the crawl space.

"Robert Stockert was exceptional from start to finish - in setting the appointment, I texted R&R and they responded to me within a couple of hours and we set inspection date. Immediately when he got onsite, he discussed with me the permits that had been pulled which indicating that he had already done his homework on the property - well prepared! Being in residential insurance claims and flipping a couple homes, I already had a background in some of the inspection things and can talk the lingo to an extent but I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and turn around time. Since our due diligence period was running out, he even worked over the weekend to get me the report early. I still have a 4 point and wind mit that they need to get me but we should get that after the recommended repairs. I'm sure these guys will take care of me on it. Great experience!"

"Let me begin by saying that Rob and Rob are two of the nicest people I have ever met and on top of that they bring a sort of professionalism and confidence to their work that is unparalleled. These two are detail oriented and split up the work between interior and exterior of the home so that nothing gets missed. Near the end of the inspection they do a walk through with you to point out everything they see that needs to be addressed. They spend time answering your questions and offering suggestions on the best way to fix any repairs that are needed. After that a detailed inspection report gets sent to you within 24 hours (often sooner) of the inspection with the importance of each item marked in an easy to read color coding system. My fiancé and I have used them twice in finding our next home and while finding issues within a house is often stressful, they helped make our home buying experience a positive one.
